A message from Chief Human Resources Officer Wayne Guthrie:
Dear Managers/Supervisors,
You play a strategic role engaging employees in the Title and Total Compensation Study. The study results will provide clear career paths for employees and upgrade titles and pay ranges to make them comparable and competitive with similar organizations. Please invite employees to register for the November listening sessions. The sessions will provide an opportunity for employees to learn about the study, review their own job family definition, and provide input to shape the sub-families.
Employees may attend without loss of pay and should be provided flexibility in their work schedules to attend a session. Invite employees to the job family listening sessions occurring from November 27th to the 30th.
Over 1,200 employees provided feedback at September/October forums. Job family functional teams made up of subject matter experts are currently reviewing 680 suggested changes to the job family definitions provided at the forums.
If you need additional information about this phase of the Title and Total Compensation Study, visit the study website at https://hr.wisc.edu/title-and-total-compensation-study/. If you have additional questions, contact your local HR representative.
