Consider nominating a UW-Madison HR professional for the 2019 HR Business Partnership Award – deadline: Nov. 17

Colleagues,

Since 2017, the HR Business Partnership Award has generated numerous nominations in recognition of outstanding HR professionals across campus.

In 2019, we are introducing two awards:

  1. “Partner Model” – this ongoing award will continue to recognize an individual who demonstrates outstanding partnership behaviors—but also actively coaches and develops others to be consultative partners. Five (5) years minimum in current HR-related role required.
  2. “Rising Star” – this is a new award to recognize an individual who is newer to their career or with new responsibilities in their role at UW–Madison, who demonstrates outstanding partnership behaviors. One (1) year minimum in current HR-related role required.

You are invited to nominate a colleague in any HR role (e.g., generalist, payroll, recruitment, department administrator) who consistently demonstrates a consultative partnership approach in their work for one of the awards.

Attached is the eligibility, award criteria, and nomination details. Nominations are due by Sunday, November 17th.

Please share this information with any individuals who utilize HR services. Nominations can come from anywhere on campus (e.g., departments/centers, dean’s offices, Office of Human Resources).
