NEW learning opportunity focused on EQ strategies

Announcing a NEW virtual employee learning opportunity focused on emotional intelligence (EQ) skills and strategies that are particularly relevant and meaningful in this time.

As we continue to practice social distancing, navigate our current climate, and continue to contribute through our work on campus, it’s essential to stay connected with how emotions are showing up and impacting our relationships, decisions, and actions.

If you are interested in gathering with others to revisit and practice skills and strategies addressed in the in-person workshop, please feel free to learn more and register for any of the five, virtual, 75 minute EQ Skills and Strategies sessions here.

I also invite you to share this learning opportunity with colleagues on your team or in your campus networks who you think may be interested. The sessions are open to all UW employees – whether already familiar with or new to the practice of emotional intelligence. This will be a fluid, interactive community learning experience. Participants are invited to bring their own experiences and understanding as tools for our collective reflection, learning, and practice.

Join as you can – come to one, come to all five. A day or two prior to the session, registrants will be sent an email with more information on topic, materials, and log-in instructions.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at the email address above.

Thank you for your consideration and I hope you are taking care.

Kindly,

Tamie Klumpyan
