EPISODE 16: Exploring Creativity and Innovation in Uncertain Times

The many challenges facing UW this next year demand that UW employees get creative with their work. In this self-guided training, you are invited to reflect on your mindset, realize language that cultivates creativity in a team setting, and discover tools for improving your team’s brainstorm even if you’re collaborating virtually. Download a copy of the participant guide before starting the video by clicking on Participant Guide under Activity Resources. During the video, you will also be directed to the Online Module “Mindset” under the Activity Resources. Special thank you to MollyJo Bautch, Angela Johnson, and Karina Ward for contributing to this training by modeling “Yes, And.”
