Professional Development Opportunity for UW-Madison Employees: Mini- lessons on Language and Culture
Do you work with, manage, or teach people who speak a different language than you? Want to learn more about their culture and heritage?
Cultural Linguistic Services is pleased to announce a new series of mini-lessons open to all
UW-Madison employees. The goal of this series is to broaden multicultural understanding and cultural competence in the workplace. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the languages and cultures of other UW-Madison employees.
Join us for a fun introductory series of workshops on Chinese, Hmong, Spanish and Tibetan language and culture. These languages and cultures are strongly represented in our diverse UW-Madison workforce.
