The Advising Supervisors Community of Practice (separate from CSN) meets monthly to discuss supervision best practices & challenges, share resources, and provide opportunities to learn from others. Topics include conducting performance evaluations, motivating staff, building an inclusive, healthy work environment, conflict management, and giving feedback.
Open to supervisors of advisors or advising units.
