Join us for a live panel discussion as team leaders share their lessons learned and advice for helping your own team succeed. There will be a question and answer session, too, so bring your questions for the panelists.
The discussion will cover:
· How did team members handle wellness concerns and team conflict?
Christopher East is an Organizational Development Specialist on the Learning and Talent Development Team in the Office of Human Resources. He develops career development resources and learning opportunities for UW-Madison employees to support career awareness, planning and growth. Prior to serving in this role, he worked for the Wisconsin Center for Education Research and SuccessWorks at the College of Letters and Science.
