UW-Madison is launching a new performance management interface

Many campus supervisors will soon have a new tool for managing the conversations and activities required by the campuswide performance management policy. The Performance Management and Development Program (PMDP) will support existing school, college and division performance conversation processes while providing a centralized system for tracking and documenting these conversations.
